You can’t simplify something if you don’t understand what makes it complex.

最近換了Mac,使用蘋果產品的這一年多,越是覺得,蘋果的產品很不一定很快上手,但上手上的體驗與黏著度卻可以很久很久;反觀有些產品會把學習性做的很好,很快上手,但是不一定有很好的黏著度與體驗,像是微軟的windows系列,但我的特例是在這兩個作業系統的轉換,所以還是有些偏頗。看來,以習慣設計的模型來看,渴望這件事情真的是非常的重要,就算你把東西設計的很簡單使用,有很高的動機與學習性,個人覺得,這是有時間性質上的改變的,習慣會隨著時間而改變,如何維持,靠的是穩定的欲望。

Twitter web new design, 輸入的地方很類似tumblr,越來越多網頁把mobile元素加入,漸漸模糊了這個邊界。

專注的精髓是『拒絕』,專注的成果造就偉大的產品,而它的價值,遠高於零碎的總和。

So, skeuomorphs are about the shape we choose for the containers we build. This requires plasticity. Softness. Screens are a special material without much precedent, save plastic. And I think it’s best to view screens as a material for interaction and interface design.
